Tuttle is rated by 247Sports as the top 2015 player in the state of North Carolina and the fourth best defensive tackle in the nation. He is set to commit on September 26.
The Vol target will take an unofficial visit to Tennessee for the Vols’ opener against Utah State on Sunday night, according to Tuttle’s coach.
