Vols Football: Tennessee Helmets Get Small Update

Vol fans (some of them at least) have been clamoring for an alternate Tennessee helmet.

The Vols haven’t yet revealed an alternate helmet, but they did unveil a small update on Sunday, in advance of Tennessee’s opener against Utah State.

It’s a small addition, but one that will hearken to fans of the Big Orange.

Butch Jones has been all about embracing the state of Tennessee since he arrived in Knoxville. This small change on a helmet doesn’t seem like much, but it shows Jones’ commitment to the Volunteer state.
