The first week of SEC football is in the books and we know a lot more about the teams that make up the Southeastern Conference than we did a week ago at this time.

For example, we know that Texas A&M isn’t going to miss Johnny Manziel nearly as much as we thought they would. We also know that Georgia is going to make a lot of teams cry with their potent rushing attack this season.

But for everything we know, there’s still a lot that we don’t know. Like will Florida ever play a game this year? Or is Vanderbilt really that bad?

All of those answers, and questions, factored into our week one power rankings.

Also worth noting: Our first week of power rankings are entirely dependent on what happened during week one of the season.

So let’s get to it.
