Vols Recruiting: Marquill Osborne Commits To Tennessee

The Tennessee Volunteers picked up a commitment from 2016 cornerback Marquill Osborne on Saturday.

Osborne is a 5’11″/170 lb three-star cornerback from Cornelius, NC (William Amos Hough) that runs a 4.35 in the 40-yard dash. He’s rated by 247Sports as fifth best player in the state of North Carolina and the 26th best cornerback in the nation.

Osborne, who was in attendance for the Vols’ game against Arkansas State, is a solid pickup for the Vols. He’s a speedy guy that will continue to help Tennessee’s depth in the secondary.

The North Carolina native also holds notable offers from Duke, NC State, North Carolina, South Carolina and Wake Forest.

Osborne is the sixth commit to Tennessee’s 2016 recruiting class.
