13. Kentucky Wildcats
Kentucky has actually performed pretty well this season, but it’s been against some terrible competition.
The Wildcats got past Ohio 20-3 in week two. They should come back to earth in week three with a conference matchup against Florida looming.
Mark Stoops has the team on the way up, but the ceiling isn’t very high for football in Kentucky.
