Gators Coach Will Muschamp Takes Shot At Vol Fans

The Vols, who most folks were picking to beat the Gators on Saturday, dropped their tenth in a row to their rivals from Florida.
After the game, embattled Florida head coach Will Muschamp took joy in disappointing the Big Orange faithful.

It’s hard to say much in response to that if you’re a Vol fan. That’s always the goal of the opposing team (though it’s usually not shown in such an outwardly way). Muschamp’s seat is beyond hot and escaping Knoxville with a win might just be what keeps his job safe.
The Vols didn’t get the job done on Saturday. The offense, a strong point in the team’s loss to Georgia, couldn’t convert in the red zone and score touchdowns. That’s ultimately what doomed the Volunteers.
As for Muschamp, it’s hard to be mad at him if you’re a Tennessee fan. His team did what it came to do.
