South Carolina got a week off to think about their loss to Kentucky.
Not sure it made it any easier, but this week’s game against Furman should help to ease the pain that Steve Spurrier must be feeling.
The Gamecocks are definitely not the team we thought they were heading into the 2014 season. They made that abundantly clear against Texas A&M.
But in true Spurrier fashion, they made us believers again by beating Georgia two weeks later.
I don’t think we’ll make that mistake again after back-to-back losses to Missouri and Kentucky.
Even though we don’t believe, the Gamecocks still shouldn’t have any issues with Furman.
