Kentucky @ Tennessee Vols Kick Off Time Announced
By Zach Ragan
The Tennessee Vols will be off this upcoming weekend, but they’ll return to action November 15 to take on the Kentucky Wildcats in Neyland Stadium.
On Monday, the SEC announced the game will kick-off at 4:00 PM ET and will air on the SEC Network.
Tennessee is coming off a thrilling overtime win against South Carolina, while Kentucky is coming off a loss to Missouri.
The Wildcats will play host to Georgia this upcoming weekend.
This will be a huge game for the Vols. They need to win two of their final three games to reach bowl eligibility for the first time since 2010.
All of their remaining games are winnable (they also play Missouri at home and finish with Vanderbilt on the road), but as we’ve seen so far this season — nothing in college football is ever certain.
If Tennessee is able to beat Kentucky in Knoxville, it will ease the pressure of the final two games of the season. Most folks assume the Vandy game is a W for the Vols. It would make their game against Mizzou, who they have lost to the past two seasons, carry a lot less weight.
