The Tennessee Volunteers are all set to take on the Kentucky Wildcats in front of an expected sell-out crowd.
The Vols are hoping to reach five wins on Saturday, in order to get one game closer to bowl eligibility for the first time since 2010.
Kentucky also has bowl hopes on the line. The Wildcats have five wins this season, but they’re far from a lock to reach a bowl game, as they finish the season with games against Tennessee and in-state rival Louisville.
The Vols are coming off an emotional come-from-behind overtime win against South Carolina on the road. Tennessee, who was feeling the aches and pains of a long season, was fortunate enough to have a week of rest with a bye last Saturday.
The Wildcats, on the other hand, are coming off a 63-31 loss to Georgia. The Wildcats are also feeling the strain of a long season, but they don’t get a bye until next Saturday.
