Four-star linebacker Cecil Cherry has been committed to Tennessee since June 14, 2013, but that could be changing very soon.
Multiple reports surfaced on Tuesday that suggest Cherry will soon be decommitting from Tennessee. Those reports fall in line with what Cherry has alluded to via his Twitter account.

Cherry’s tone is certainly a dramatic change from just a couple of weeks ago.

If Cherry does indeed flip to Texas, the Vols will be missing out on the 10th best inside-linebacker (247Sports) in the nation.
One player doesn’t make a class and the Vols have certainly recruited well at linebacker, but this would still be a significant loss for the Volunteers.
