Five-star 2015 Vol commit Kahlil McKenzie is quite vocal when it comes to Twitter.
McKenzie often recruits fellow high school players, while professing his love for everything Tennessee.
So it should come as no surprise that McKenzie got a few shots in at Vanderbilt’s expense.
Tennessee, who plays Vanderbilt on Saturday, was referred to by Commodores head coach Derek Mason as the “team out east” on Tuesday.
McKenzie didn’t take long to fire back.
Vandy gon get that work come Saturday #GoVols 🍊🍊🍊

Vanderbilt fans didn’t take too kindly to McKenzie’s teasing.
Can't wait till we play Kahlil McKenzie next season. Hope he reads this too. Hell of a player but that mouth needs to be shut.

To which McKenzie replied…
Be careful what you wish for Vandy fans 😴🍊

Vanderbilt enjoyed unprecedented success the past couple of seasons, while Tennessee hit the lowest of lows.
The Vols are now on the way up, while Vandy is on the way back down. I have a feeling the Commodores’ winning streak against Tennessee won’t be reaching three games.
