Chance Hall, Offensive Lineman
As mentioned before, the Vols need help on the offensive line, and Chance Hall will look to enroll early and find a spot on that line in 2015.
Hall, the No. 49 offensive tackle prospect in the country, played on both the defensive line and offensive line for Northside High School in Roanoke, VA. At 6-5, 305 lbs, Hall has the size to play offensive lineman at the collegiate level, and that’s where he’ll get his first look for the Vols.
Unfortunately for Hall, he missed his entire senior season after sustaining a torn ACL before the season. He had surgery in early September and has recovered well thus far. It is unknown how much he will be able to do when he enrolls early, but a whole semester in the weight room and with the team will only benefit him.
Hall looks to find some of the magic current Vol offensive guard Jashon Robertson found this season as a former defensive tackle transitioning to the offensive line. Tennessee needs depth on the offensive line, and Hall can certainly provide that if he can get healthy.
