Vols Recruiting: Donaven Tennyson Offered By Tennessee

2016 wide receiver Donaven Tennyson was offered by the Tennessee Volunteers on Thursday.

Tennyson is a 5’10″/170 lb wide receiver from Richmond, VA (Benedictine). Rivals rates Tennyson as a two-star recruit. He hasn’t been rated by 247Sports yet.
Tennyson also has offers from Boston College, East Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.
Judging by some of the early interest in Tennyson, I would expect the young receiver to quickly rise up the recruiting rankings.
The Vols have had a decent amount of success recruiting in Virginia. They should have a fair shot at Tennyson if he is indeed a player they are serious about landing.
