Five-star defensive tackle Kahlil McKenzie isn’t officially a Vol yet, but he might as well be.
The son of former Vol Reggie McKenzie has been one of Tennessee’s best recruiters in this recruiting cycle, despite not even being on the team yet.
Take for example the pressure McKenzie put on Kyle Phillips to commit to Tennessee.

Whatever McKenzie did, it worked. Phillips is now enrolled at Tennessee, waiting on his buddy Kahlil to get to town this upcoming summer.
The future Vol is in Knoxville this weekend to visit with his soon-to-be teammates and he looks to be as excited as ever to join team 119.
Check out some of McKenzie’s tweets so far.

Kahlil McKenzie might not be an official Tennessee Volunteer just yet, but his signature is just formality at this point.
There’s no doubting the love for Tennessee that flows from this future stud defensive tackle.
