Kahlil McKenzie is the crown jewel of a historically impressive 2015 Vols recruiting class.
The California native is one of the top players in the entire nation. He’s a game-changing, run-stuffing defensive tackle that can overpower the best of the best.
And he’s all Vol.
McKenzie proved to be one of the Vols’ most valuable assets during the 2015 recruiting cycle. He was instrumental in Drew Richmond’s recruitment and he was also quite helpful in bringing Shy Tuttle to Rocky Top.
The Vol legacy should contribute sooner rather than later for the Vols. Tennessee doesn’t have a lot of depth at defensive tackle. McKenzie could quickly rise up the depth chart as a true freshman.
