Jocquez Bruce is a local Knoxville kid that wasn’t highly recruited, but could end up being a diamond in the rough for the Vols.

Bruce is versatile enough that we’re not entirely sure where he’ll line up for the Vols. He could play slot receiver (especially if Vic Wharton ends up transferring), or he could play running back in a scatback type role.

Wherever he ends up playing, he’ll likely out-perform his expectations.

Butch Jones has an eye for talent, don’t let Bruce’s lack of offers dissuade you from thinking he’s a legit division one player.
