Vols Recruiting: Terrell Carter Offered By Tennessee

2017 cornerback Terrell Carter picked up an offer from the Tennessee Volunteers this past weekend.
Carter is a 5’11″/175 lb defensive back from Hendersonville, TN. He’s not been rated yet by 247Sports.
The Tennessee native also picked up an offer from Kentucky over the weekend.
It’s obviously very early in Carter’s recruitment, but the Vols certainly have to be considered the favorites to land the young defensive back.
