Vols Recruiting: Breon Dixon Offered By Tennessee

On Tuesday, the Tennessee Volunteers extended a scholarship offer to 2017 linebacker Breon Dixon.

Dixon is a 6’0″/210 lb outside linebacker from Suwanee, GA (Peachtree Ridge). He hasn’t been rated yet by 247Sports.

Dixon currently holds offers from Arizona State, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Louisville, NC State and North Carolina.

The Georgia native took an unofficial visit to Georgia in August. Dixon, however, hasn’t received a scholarship offer from the Bulldogs yet.

The Vols have a lot of young talent at linebacker. But depth is always needed and if the Volunteers feel that Dixon’s talent dictated a scholarship offer, then he’s likely a player they’d love to add in 2017.
