Former Vols Commit Receives Offer From Georgia Tech
By Zach Ragan
Former Tennessee Volunteers commit Emanuel Bridges picked up an offer from the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets over the weekend.
Bridges, a 6’2″/215 lb three-star outside linebacker from Newnan, GA (Newnan), originally committed to Tennessee on November 23, the day after the Vols’ loss to Missouri.
The Georgia native tweeted on February 12 that he was no longer committed to Tennessee.
Bridges also has offers from Clemson, Kentucky, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Penn State and Wisconsin, among several others.
It’s unclear if Bridges is still considering the Vols. If he is, however, he would be a solid addition to Tennessee’s 2016 recruiting class.
