Vols Offer Four-Star 2016 Linebacker

2016 four-star linebacker Julian Okwara, 6’4″/210 lbs from Charlotte, NC (Ardrey Kell), was offered by the Tennessee Volunteers on Monday.
Okwara is rated in 247Sports’ composite rankings as the fifth best 2016 player in the state of North Carolina and the 12th best 2016 outside linebacker in the nation.
The North Carolina native holds notable offers from California, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Wake Forest and West Virginia, among several others.
There have been six 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions made for Okwara so far and all of them have the linebacker committing to the Fighting Irish.
The Vols should definitely be a factor in Okwara’s recruitment, as Butch Jones and his staff have recruited the central North Carolina area very well during their time on Rocky Top.
