2017 athlete Keldrick Carper tweeted that he picked up an offer from the Tennessee Volunteers on Tuesday evening.

Carper is a 6’3″/190 lb athlete from Plain Dealing, LA (Plain Dealing). He hasn’t been rated by 247Sports.
Carper’s only other reported offer is from Mississippi State.
The Louisiana native is just now starting to receive some national attention. I would expect his offer sheet to grow dramatically over the next few months.
Pulling a player out of the state of Louisiana, if they’ve been offered by LSU, is a tall task. Carper hasn’t picked up an offer yet from the Tigers, but that doesn’t mean he won’t at some point in the near future.
