Vols Basketball: Nick Rakocevic Offered By Tennessee

2016 four-star power forward Nick Rakocevic picked up an offer from the Tennessee Volunteers on Thursday.

Rakocevic, 6’9″/190 lbs from Westchester, IL (St. Joseph), is rated by 247Sports as the second best player in the state of Illinois and the 24th best power forward in the nation.
The talented power forward has notable offers from Duke, Florida, Illinois, Kansas and Wisconsin, among several others.
It will obviously be hard for the Vols to land Rakocevic, considering the impressive offers he’s accumulated.
But if Tennessee can somehow sway him to Rocky Top, it would be an instant victory for new UT head coach Rick Barnes.
