  • Willie Martinez — Defensive Backs Coach — $25,000 — $380,000
  • Steve Stripling — Defensive Line Coach — $25,000 — $410,000
  • Mark Elder — Tight Ends Coach — $20,000 — $245,000
  • Don Mahoney — Offensive Line Coach — $10,000 — $365,000
  • Mike DeBord — Offensive Coordinator — N/A — $500,000

Mike DeBord’s salary is $20,000 more than Mike Bajakian earned as Tennessee’s offensive coordinator last season, making the up the rest of the added $270,000 in salaries.
