Vols Recruiting: Chandler Wooten Offered By Tennessee

2017 linebacker Chandler Wooten was offered by the Tennessee Volunteers on Monday.
Wooten is a 6’3″/210 lb outside linebacker from Kennesaw, GA (North Cobb). He hasn’t been rated yet by 247Sports.
In addition to Wooten’s offer from Tennessee, he also has offers from Kentucky, Louisville, Nebraska and Penn State.
Wooten took two unofficial visits to Athens this past season, but he’s yet to receive an offer from his hometown Georgia Bulldogs.
The Georgia native has good size and would be a good addition for the Vols, but it looks like he’s waiting on an offer from Georgia. If that offer ever does come, it’ll be hard to beat out the Bulldogs for Wooten.
