"The top Class of 2017 football prospect in Tennessee now has a basketball offer and a football offer from the Vols.Tee Higgins, a 6-foot-4 wide receiver in football and guard on the basketball floor, tweeted on Thursday night that he received a basketball offer from the Vols.
