Sloan is a 6’1″/165 lb point guard from Campbellsville, KY (Taylor County). He’s rated by 247Sports as the top 2017 player in the state of Kentucky and the 19th best 2017 point guard in the nation.
Sloan also has offers from Eastern Kentucky, Louisville, Missouri, Western Kentucky and Wright State.
It’s going to be very hard to beat out Louisville for Sloan. The Vols obviously have a chance with an established coach like Rick Barnes at the helm, but it’s very likely that Sloan ends up playing for the Cardinals.
