2. Vincent Yarbrough (33rd pick to the Denver Nuggets)

Yarbrough is perhaps one of the most hyped players to come to the University of Tennessee.

The 6’7″ athlete was a participant in the McDonald’s All-America game, and a Tennessee high school player of the year out of Cleveland, Tennessee.

Alongside Haislip, he was not enough to get the Vols in a deep tourney run, but he did have a pretty good career to come with the hype. He posted a career scoring average of 14 points per game, and a monster senior year scoring 18 points a game.

His senior year, he was first team All-SEC, but still fell behind Haislip in the 2002 draft.

He impressively started 125 of 127 games in his career, and seemed to have a skill set that would thrive in the NBA. A 6’7″ wing with a decent jumper, an athletic build, and the accolades to go with it.

However, Yarbrough was not able to quite figure it out in the league. He only played one season for the Denver Nuggets.
