3. Lynchburg Lemonade
We are sticking with the king of Tennessee alcohol by keeping Jack Daniel’s going. This time, it’s the Lynchburg Lemonade, a drink for warmer weather that is friendly to even those who do not care that much for whiskey.
Anybody can enjoy something like this, so why not give it a shot?
The recipe can be found on the same website that we put up on the previous page, which you can see again by clicking here.
Here are the ingredients:
1 part Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7
1 part Triple Sec
1 part Sour Mix
4 parts Lemon-Lime Soda
This drink, unlike the other Jack Daniel’s drink, takes you back into the summery September weather, but it’s the south, so you have those hot days in October and even going into November. This one is a signature Jack Daniel’s based drink and brings out an orange color when you mix it together.
Obviously, that makes it a perfect fit to be among the Tennessee Vols cocktails. Orange and Jack Daniel’s and summer? That’s the perfect combination.
Perhaps the best part is that this is the perfect combination for any setting. If you’re trying to party hard or if you’re at a sophisticated yacht club event, you can throw in a Lynchburg Lemonade and not be out of place in Tennessee. This is the perfect Jack Daniel’s-based crowd pleaser.
And if you want it to be a bit sweeter, use sprite as the Lemon-Lime Soda. If not, just use some basic Lemon-Lime Soda. But you’ve got to keep it a bit sour. Altogether, this is just a great combination.
