60.
According to inside rumors related to the Minnesota Vikings, Cordarrelle Patterson is struggling to develop the way they want him to and at the pace they want him to. But even with that being the case, this guys is such an elite talent that there is no way his raw athletic ability could keep him from performing at an extremely high level in the NFL.

Patterson is a 6’2″ 220 pound receiver who is extremely shifty and knows how to make plays in open space as a returner and a receiver. If his route-running is not precise, it should not really matter. He is playing with a quarterback who is at least very precise and has a deep understanding of the game in Teddy Bridgewater. Bridgewater should have another solid season.

Add in the return of Adrian Peterson, and the offense should be incredible. It does not have to be that complex, honestly. The Vikings should become the early 1990s Dallas Cowboys and simplify the offense, build it around Peterson, and when all else fails, have Bridgewater throw it up to Patterson. He’s a smart quarterback, and Patterson is simply a playmaker.

Because the Vikings will figure that out, Patterson will once again emerge as an elite wide receiver and returner, and do not be surprised if he makes a Pro-Bowl appearance this year. His numbers obviously dipped this past year, but a return of a great running game should fix that. Expect Patterson to break out again this season.

And it will not matter how he runs routes.
. Wide Receiver. Minnesota Vikings. Cordarrelle Patterson. 6. player
