Vols Recruiting: Jeffrey McCulloch Offered By Tennessee

2016 four-star linebacker Jeffrey McCulloch was offered by the Tennessee Vols on Thursday evening.

McCulloch is a 6’2″/230 lb outside linebacker from Houston, TX (Aldine Davis). He’s rated by 247Sports as the 13th best 2016 player in the state of Texas and the ninth best 2016 outside linebacker in the nation.
The Texas native has an pretty nice offer list, including offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, Stanford, Texas and USC, among many others.
82% of the 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions have McCulloch staying in state and committing to Texas.
Given the fact that Texas is on the upswing now with Charlie Strong at the helm, I’d say that’s a very likely scenario.
