North Carolina vs South Carolina -2.5
Thursday — 6:00 PM ET (ESPN)
North Carolina, a team that’s hoping to have an SEC flair on defense with former Auburn coach Gene Chizik calling the defensive plays, are hoping to beat South Carolina for the first time since 1991.
The Gamecocks and the Tar Heels last met in 2013, with South Carolina winning 27-10.
North Carolina has never beat a Steve Spurrier led team (0-5). It’s worth noting, however, that Gene Chizik was 3-0 as Auburn’s head coach against Spurrier.
Zach’s prediction: South Carolina 31 North Carolina 23
Caleb’s prediction: South Carolina 45 North Carolina 30
Seth’s prediction: South Carolina 35 North Carolina 27
