The Clemson Tigers were a unanimous pick for the No. 1 team in the All for Tennessee official Week 11 Top 25 rankings that came out Monday.
A dominating victory over the Florida State Seminoles sent a clear message Saturday that as of right now, the Clemson Tigers are most certainly the No. 1 team in the country.
And here at All for Tennessee, we agreed.
Taking schedule strength into account along with how they have played, the Tigers clearly have been better than everybody else, and every member of the All for Tennessee staff voted them No. 1 in this week’s rankings.
Meanwhile, Ohio State fell down to No. 3, and Alabama was at No. 2. We are now down to six undefeated teams in college football, only five in the Power Five conferences, and that number cannot get any higher than three when the season comes to an end.
So there is still a lot of football left to be played, and the College Football Playoff remains wide open for anybody to take.
