Butch Jones is looking to help his team rebound in the Tennessee vs South Carolina game. Here are five Volunteers to watch for against the Gamecocks.

The last four Tennessee vs South Carolina games have come down to the final two minutes. There is plenty of reason to believe that this one could end up the same way.

Coming off of a bye week, the Vols are very relieved to have lots of players back and healthy. Although they are facing a team that would seem to be reeling, this is a game where anything could happen.

As a result, Tennessee is going to have to focus here, much more than you might expect. Sure, the Gamecocks are 3-4 and struggled last week to beat the UMASS Minutemen.

But they have found a decent offense with Jake Bentley, and Will Muschamp is still a defensive genius. That may not have shown last week, but you can bet everything that it will show this week.

So if Tennessee wants to win this game, they have to limit their mistakes, find a way to move the ball, and make Muschamp offenses look like, well, Muschamp offenses.

Doing that requires specific players to step up. And as we take a look at the Tennessee football players who will be crucial in this game, it’s important to note that the off-week and return to health for some players had a huge effect on who we named.
