With the completion of 17 full academic athletic years this century and half of another one, it’s time to take a look at some of the biggest moments affecting the Tennessee Vols since we’ve entered the new millennium.

In football, the success may not be what it was in the 1990s or even the 1980s for that matter, but there has been success.

In the moment, the Vols have had a lot of things to celebrate this century. There’s also been some heartbreak, and we’ll look at that too.
