Tennessee football destroyed the Indiana State Sycamores Saturday to move to 2-0. Here is a photo gallery from the Volunteers’ 42-7 victory.

It wasn’t the prettiest win, but Tennessee football was able to move to 2-0 on Saturday after a blowout win over Indiana St. The Vols scored on the opening possession and never looked back five days after an extremely hard-fought victory Monday.

Butch Jones played both quarterbacks at times, and he also experimented with a lot of plays. There were a few areas of concern, though, for Tennessee football. The rush defense still struggled at times, and the offense could not score as quickly as fans may have liked in the first half.

However, for the most part, they got a dominating victory, and that was impressive since it was such a flat performance. Given how exhausted they likely were from Monday’s win, it was understandable.

Let’s take a look back at some of the notable moments on Saturday. Here is a look at some of the memorable photos from the game.

After such a tough double-overtime victory against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Monday night, a light game against Indiana State was just what the Vols needed. Even though it was ugly, the game was never really in doubt. And that was what Tennessee needed.

They didn’t pull their starters as early as they may have wanted, but it was still an easy victory. Now they can solely focus on the Florida Gators for next week. So this type of win at least didn’t set them back.
