The case to reinstate recently dismissed Tennessee Vols wide receiver Jauan Jennings headlines our All for Tennessee video show for Tuesday, Dec. 19.

The Tennessee Vols continue to focus on recruiting for football with the early signing period coming up. Meanwhile, there is lots of basketball talk for the men and women to get to.

But we began our video show Tuesday talking about another player who is apparently working towards reinstatement. That’s the lead story given news that came out on Monday.

Following that, we actually do delve into a bit of football recruiting and upcoming basketball games. So there’s a lot of exciting stuff to talk about with Christmas less than a week out.

As always, here’s our periscope show. You can find bullet points of what we discussed below it.

Why Jauan Jennings should be reinstated

This was the lead story because of what happened Monday. According to Trey Wallace of The Read Optional, Jennings met with Tennessee Vols athletic director Phillip Fulmer about reinstatement Monday. I go into detail in the video making the case for Jennings’s reinstatement.

Jeremy Pruitt’s recruiting style

We have a post up on this right now about how Jeremy Pruitt’s recruiting method is literally opposite to Butch Jones. The AFT video show will also help detail those differences. But the biggest one is that he focuses on guys who fit his system, not just having high rankings. I discuss that along with a couple of key guys he’s targeting.

Upcoming basketball games

Tennessee Vols men’s basketball has to rebound from its loss to the North Carolina Tar Heels as it gets set to face Furman and then Wake Forest on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Tennessee Lady Vols have a huge game against the Stanford Cardinal, and I touch on that too.
