The NCAA Tournament bracket has been revealed. This year, you can use a new app to update your March Madness brackets in real time.

Alright All for Tennessee readers! The NCAA Tournament bracket is here. March Madness is underway. And with the Vols in the Big Dance for the first time since 2014, it’s time to join the fun when it comes to brackets and predictions.

This year, though, you can do it a bit differently. Rather than throwing your bracket away after the first weekend of games, we’re offering you a chance to keep playing at FanSided.

Our network is presenting Realtime Brackets, the only app that allows you to switch your picks live during NCAA Tournament games. This way, if the Vols are out early, or if you bet against them and they are making a Cinderella run, you can keep playing.

Here’s how it works.

Your picks are awarded points based on when you made them. For instance, if you accurately pick a winner before the game and don’t change that pick in real time, you will have more points than the person who accurately picked the winner but switched during the game. Points are based on when you make and switch your picks.

The last chance to change your picks will be during the four-minute mark of games. The best part, though, is your bracket isn’t done if your pick is out.

You can just re-pick in the next round for fewer points. How epic is that? Now, the random person who doesn’t watch basketball but is still better than you after one week will have to get lucky twice.

Obviously, there’s lots more strategy involved in this one. You clearly may not want to switch based on your confidence in a team. And you have to determine in some cases whether or not to go big or go home.

This makes the NCAA Tournament far more entertaining. Adding it along with the fact that Tennessee made the Big Dance, and there are lots of reasons for excitement about March Madness this year.
