Tennessee Vols football head coach Jeremy Pruitt did not sugarcoat anything when it came to the spring game. He even noted that the fans produced mixed results with their attendance despite the inflated number that was over 65,000. Meanwhile, he was highly critical of some of the players and their focus.

"Pruitt compared his assessment of fan turnout to his analysis of the way his team played. He thought some of the Vols competed hard but said others “flat-out quit.”"

The Tennessee Vols baseball team shocked the Texas A&M Aggies over the weekend, taking two of three in the series. With the win, Tennessee moves to 24-18 on the year and 7-11 in the SEC.

"Sunday’s win gave the Vols their first series win over a ranked opponent since last season, and it came against a team that had been one of the SEC’s hottest heading into the weekend."
