The 6-foot-3, 305-pound lineman, has had an up and down college career with the Tide so far. He redshirted in 2015 and played in seven games in 2016. And, he played in most games in 2017 before a season-ending foot injury.
We are all too familiar with how bad the offensive line has been in recent history. Fans should also know that any good offense or defense in the SEC starts up front. You have to have a good offensive line to have a productive offense.
Not only has the offensive line been historically bad for the Vols in recent years, there has been a lot of injuries that the team needed to fight through.
That is the main reason why Kennedy comes in second on our list. The offensive line for Tennessee is entirely depleted so Kennedy should have an excellent opportunity to come in and receive a starting position right away.
Like we mentioned above, the top three players could all have the most impact, but we have Kennedy ranked second.
