The minutes played will be a little deceiving. Bone played 38 minutes in an overtime thriller. He shot 7-of-16 from the field with another impressive showing from the three-point line.
Bone scored a team-high 21 points. However, the guards for Arkansas went off. Jaylen Barford scored 28 points while Daryl Macon added 33.
It was a scoring affair that Bone just didn’t have enough gas to keep up with the Razorbacks. However, he played well enough to help the Vols win.
Bone scored five of his 21 points in overtime. It turns out Bone plays his best basketball when he is overlooked as one of the best guards on the court.
The Vols should have won this game with ease. They were up by seven points at halftime. And, with about ten minutes to go, the Vols extended their league to nine points. Even with four minutes to go in the game, the Vols were up by eight points.
Next up is a game from the SEC Tournament. Can you guess which one?
