Tennessee football: 5 most important juniors for the 2018 season

The Tennessee football season is only a few weeks away. There are some important juniors to watch and could impact the 2018 season.

Unlike the sophomores who are important, don’t get me wrong, the juniors typically have more game experience. Now, you can be the judge if the experience these players received under Butch Jones is valuable or not.

However, I would say Jeremy Pruitt will take any experience to start fall camp for his Tennessee football team. And, the juniors on the 2018 team have experience, and a lot of the players have a lot of talent.

In fact, the juniors might be the most important class that can turn the program around and make the most impact on the win total for the season.

In this post, we are going to rank the most important juniors for the upcoming 2018 Tennessee football season. Now, of course, all the players play essential roles. Certain players might be role players or count as depth for the team, but they are still valuable.

Some honorable mentions before we get started:

Brandon Kennedy, Offensive Linemen

Chance Hall, Offensive Linemen

Drew Richmond, Offensive Linemen

Darrin Kirkland Jr., Linebacker

All three offensive linemen are important to the success of the season. If they can all play up to an SEC level, Tennessee could surprise a lot of teams this season.
