  • Damien Harris led the Tide with 135 carries for 1000 rushing yards on the season. He also added a total of 11 touchdowns which was three more than fellow running back, Bo Scarbrough.

Damien had a handful of games where he rushed for over 100 yards including back-to-back games against Texas A&M and Arkansas. He was an All-SEC first-team selection in the 2018 preseason.

Now, for the younger Harris who could be the biggest breakout player in the entire nation. He stood out in the National Championship Game when Damien was struggling.

Najee had his best game against Georgia with 64 rushing yards on six carries. We all know about the magic Tua Tagovailoa showed, but without Najee’s 10.7 yards per carry, Alabama could have lost the game.

Najee did not make any preseason All-SEC teams. It would be a huge surprise is he is kept off the list at the end of the season. He could end up being the best running back for the Tide in 2018.
