Tennessee football vs. WVU: 5 Mountaineers to watch for against Vols
Turning back to the offensive side of the ball, David Sills makes our list as one of the five Mountaineers to watch. Sills will be apart of big plays. He has explosive speed and can turn a screen pass into a 75-yard touchdown in a hurry.

Last season, Sills was only 20 yards shy of a 1,000-yard receiving season. He finished the season with 980 yards on 60 receptions which was good enough for a 16.3 yard per catch. Remember I mentioned he was a touchdown threat? How does 18 touchdowns sound? Sills scored 18 touchdowns which was six more than the next receiver Ka’Raun White.
Four times last season, Sills had over 100 receiving yards. Arguably his best game came against East Carolina where he posted 153 receiving yards on seven receptions with three touchdowns. East Carolina was not the only game where Stills scored three touchdowns. Texas Tech and Baylor were also victims of a three-touchdown game from Stills.
For Tennessee fans, if there is one position group matchup that is worrisome, it is the fantastic receiving core for the Mountaineers and the young, inexperienced defensive backs of the Volunteers. Tennessee has young athletic talent with no playing experience. It is the matchup I am the most interested in seeing.
