The Vols move to 3-3 and 1-2 in the SEC on the season with the 30-24 win against Auburn. Here is the photo gallery from Tennessee vs. Tigers game.

What a refreshing feeling it is to sit here and write a photo gallery that shows pictures of a Vols win. In case you missed it, Tennessee football got their first SEC win of the season in a 30-24 shocker against the Auburn Tigers.

This win was much more than just the first SEC win of the season. The win snapped an 11-game SEC losing streak. It was also the first win against an SEC West opponent since 2010. Finally, it was the first win against the Tigers since 1999.

Let’s take a look back at some of the notable moments on Saturday. Spoiler alert, there are a lot of good picture of Tennessee players.

We started the photo gallery with a picture of Deandre Johnson after getting a sack late in the fourth quarter. Auburn went for it on 4-and-4 when Johnson got to Stidham for a 7-yard sack.

Some other action photos show quarterback Jarrett Guarantano and running back Tim Jordan making some big plays. Guarantano finished the game with a career day. He threw for 328 yards on 21-of-32 passing with two touchdowns and zero interceptions.

Near the end of the gallery there is a photo of senior Kyle Phillips and Athletic Director Phillip Fulmer sharing  a heartfelt hug after the huge win.

Finally, we end with the player of the game, Jarrett Guarantano. He played great all game long and had a career game in passing yards. It’s time for all the haters to throw their hate somewhere else because Tennessee has themselves a quarterback.

dark. Next. 5 takeaways – Jarrett Guarantano with a career day

The Alabama Crimson Tide head to Knoxville next week for the annual game. Can the Vols are least keep that game close and prove they are moving in the right direction? We will find out next week.
