Tennessee football takes on their toughest test of the season when the Alabama Crimson Tide come to Neyland Stadium on Saturday. Here are five Crimson Tide players to watch.

Jeremy Pruitt and his 2018 Tennessee football team are coming off the best win of his young tenure as head coach. The Vols went to Auburn, Alabama and beat a Tigers team that was ranked inside the top-25.

Sure, you could make the argument that Auburn was a tad overrated after starting the season in the top-10. But, that wouldn’t be fair to the outstanding game Tennessee play. Especially quarterback Jarrett Guarantano who went 21-for-32 with 328 passing yards. He added two touchdowns and zero interceptions.

No surprise but Alabama comes into the game ranked number one in the nation with 22 points as their lowest margin of victory on the season.

There offensive is explosive, and it could very well be one of the best Nick Saban has ever had. The Tide’s offense has scored 50 points or more five times. Two of those were 60-plus point games against Ole Miss and Arkansas.

Like always in this post, we are going to break down the top five Alabama Crimson Tide players to watch for against the Volunteers. Let’s not kid ourselves; this game is probably not going to be close. However, the Vols are improving every week, and Jeremy Pruitt is not the type of coach to just lay down because the team across the field is better.

Everything points to an Alabama blowout, but I am not too sure Tennessee will get blown out the rest of the season. However, they have to contain these five players to have a chance.
