No.4 – Isaiah Buggs, Weak-side defensive end

Tennessee offensive line played much better against the Auburn Tigers, but it is still not where it needs to be. It’s still not where it can dominate the line of scrimmage, but it was a nice improvement from how it has played this season.

It needs to continue to improve because somehow, someway they have to find a way to stop defensive end, Isaiah Buggs.

This season Buggs has created nothing less than havoc for opposing offenses. In the 45-23 win against Texas A&M, Buggs had 3.5 sacks with seven total tackles.

Buggs leads the SEC in sacks with eight this season. He also has accounted for two forced fumbles and two pass deflections.

The 6-foot-5, 293-pound defensive end from Ruston, LA was a four-star JUCO recruit that has panned out for the Crimson Tide. He is one of the leaders of the defense and is going to be a handful for the struggling offensive line.

Tennessee gave up three sacks to Auburn. They have to improve if they want to have a chance against Alabama.
