The Tennessee football team host Missouri on Saturday at 3:30 pm. Here are five Tigers to watch for against the Volunteers.

With only two games left on the 2018 schedule, Jeremy Pruitt and the Tennessee football team need to win at least one to become bowl eligible. Can they do it? Sure, they can. This team is much improved since the start of the season.

However, Missouri and Vanderbilt aren’t easy wins. In fact, the Tigers could pose a lot of problems on Saturday. It’s not crazy to think Missouri (6-4) should only have two losses on the season. Of course, nothing is changing in the Alabama game. The Tide was winning no matter what happened.

But, the other three losses to Georiga, South Carolina, and Kentucky could have turned out differently. I know, this isn’t how this works they lost the game, but there were some questionable calls that went the Bulldogs way.

Against the Gamecocks, Missouri was up 23-14 at halftime and then came the rain. Seriously, like a monsoon came pouring down and even took out the time and play clocks. I know both teams had to play in the same weather, but I honestly believe the Tigers would have won that game.

That brings us to the Kentucky loss which should have never happened. I’ve seen some pretty bad calls in college football this season, but the pass interference call against Missouri at the end of the game takes the cake. Without that the Tigers beat Kentucky.

So, don’t let the 6-4 record fool you into thinking Tennessee should win the game easily, the Tigers are good. As always in this post, we will give you give players to watch for against the Vols.
