The Tennessee basketball team is about to embark on a difficult seven-game stretch that is as tough as it gets Here are five keys to help the Vols navigate through the stretch.

The No.1 Tennessee basketball team is riding a program-record 19 game win streak as they head into a difficult seven-game stretch to wrap up their historic season.

The Vols have been tested a lot this season but have always found a way to come out on top. In most cases, Tennessee ended up winning by double-digits. In fact, they won 19 games by ten points or more.

However, on paper, the games should get a little closer and Tennessee may drop a few. KenPom, who is right more times than not, has Kentucky winning by two points on Saturday night. Here is a look at the remaining schedule with the Vols chances to win according to KenPom.

@ Kentucky – 41%

vs. Vanderbilt – 97%

@ LSU – 56%

@ Ole Miss – 66%

vs. Kentucky – 66%

vs. Mississippi State – 81%

@ Auburn – 54%

The projections say the Vols will lose to Kentucky at Rupp Arena and split the games against LSU and Auburn.

If his projections hold, I think everyone can be excited for a 28-3 regular season and 16-2 in conference play. Depending on the “second loss,” and what LSU does, Tennessee could still be SEC champs.

In this post, we are going to break down five keys for the Vols to be as successful as they can be in the final stretch of the season. We begin with getting Grant Williams more involved early in games.
