The 2018-19 Tennessee basketball season is over, and it’s time we reflect on a few positive things. Here are a few player awards from the season.

The 2018-19 Tennessee basketball was something special. Despite having nothing to show for the 31 wins, most view the season as a huge success. No, there was no SEC Regular Season Championship or an SEC Tournament Championship. There was no Elite Eight appearance after grabbing a No.2 seed in the NCAA Tournament. Even still, most view the season as a success.

Despite where you stand on whether the season was a success or disappointment, we can all agree that there are awards to be passed out. In this post, we have some awards for some of the players.

Back in November, I wrote a piece on individual goals for the players. One that goes along with the awards was Grant Williams scoring over 18 points per game. Another one was Jordan Bone leading the SEC in assists. We even gave John Fulkerson a goal of five rebounds per game. While he didn’t reach that mark, he sure gave it his all.

And, staying the Fulkerson, we move to our first award of the post. MVP for Fulkerson.
