The Tennessee Vols women’s basketball staff coming together and baseball and softball news lead our Volunteers updates for Tuesday, April 16, 2019.

Spring practice is in the books along with basketball season, so we’re starting to wind down the year with Tennessee Vols sports. That shows today, as we have no football or men’s basketball news to bring you.

Instead, our morning update on Rocky Top leads with the women’s basketball program, which has been in the news for recent transitions. The continuation of that is our big story, as Kellie Harper’s program is starting to come together.

We also have plenty of good news surrounding baseball to bring you along with a preview in that sport and softball. Meanwhile, we’ll close out with an update on the men’s golf program. But let’s start with the Lady Vols.
